Bio

Alan began his role as an athletic trainer at Northwest College in October of 2022. Employed by Powell Valley Healthcare, Alan provides comprehensive medical care in the areas of prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries for the Trapper student-athletes.   

Alan grew up in small town Lingle, WY. He completed his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Wyoming in 2013 before moving to Lubbock, TX. There, he obtained his Master of Athletic Training degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2015. He then returned to Wyoming and worked as an AT at Cheyenne East High School (2015-2019) and Powell High School (2019-2023) prior to joining Trapper Athletics. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to Lexie, a Powell native, and together they have a son, Kylan.
