Two Northwest College soccer players will be taking their talents to four-year institutions after signing letters of intent to play on — with Peyton Roswadovski and Edwin Martin Wiesner Talero both moving on to universities.

Two second half goals proved to be the difference makers in the Region IX quarterfinals, with the Northwest women’s team on the wrong end of a 2-0 loss on the road to Otero on Friday.

The Northwest women’s soccer team will be heading to the Region IX playoffs, sneaking in after Central Wyoming forfeited its match Friday against the Trappers, who then lost Saturday to Western Wyoming 4-0.

The Northwest women’s soccer team dropped a key late season contest on the road against Casper College on Saturday, falling 5-0.
